Do you mean pick tool (Alt+Leftclick)?

The Android mobile version really needs the color picking tool.  If I like some deco color on someone else's save, best I can do is just make a random guess. If more than one color is in the brush circle, then the color won't be detected. People should zoom in and use a tiny brush for picking a color.
