@BokkaB(View Post) The issue with modded mobile versions is that they require subversing the approval process or actually going through the app store approval process. It's a choice of unsafe practices or really a lengthy process. Not really ideal.
Adding onto that, if a mod maker is really determined and wants to put TPT on the app store themselves, I wont stop them. It costs $25 dollars to put an app on the play store, you have to get familiar with Android development, and you have to figure out all the nonsense I do to compile it. Also, you have to base it off my mod's source code (vanilla TPT wasn't an ideal candidate for an Android port).
Lua mods are supported on Android so I'd strongly recommend using that instead. The script manager unfortunately does not work properly. It needs a more touch-friendly interface, and the ability to scroll. I think fixing up the script manager is the best solution for getting mods on Android.
@dco652265(View Post) My answer covers what is needed to get an APK file. It would be a difficult process, and also misplaced effort to try to get that working. If our future plans go well, mods made for the vanilla version will be able to be compiled for Android.
Even then, I think on Android the best option is to just stick with Lua mods.
