New View Mode - Particle Velocity

I find the "Velocity Display" and "Alternate Velocity Display" view modes pretty lacking. You can't view the velocities of particles unless you unpause, and small velocities don't even register. There's also no way to find the VX/VY of a particle, too, except through LUA.

If we had an actual velocity view mode, much like heat view, that colors particles Green or Orange depending on velocity, it would be easier to figure out the velocity of a particle.

If a particle has 0 velocity, it is colored white in this display. If a particle has negative velocity, it is colored a varying saturation of orange depending on how low. If a particle has positve velocity, it is colored a varying saturation of green depending on how high.

That would be pretty cool, but there will have to be 5 different colors, one for +VX, -VX, 0 VX/VY, +VY, -VY because that would be easier to implement.

Lines aren't laggy to draw, and also, this suggestion is just for making each element a color based on velocity. Not drawing a line showing where it is going.
