    If DECO is disabled, any stamps or copied regions being inserted should have the pre-place preview rendered without DECO.

     

    It's especially annoying when you're moving around elements that are DECO'ed dark colors or black and you can't see where they are.

    Agree. It respects the render mode now, it should also respect the deco settings.
