    I downloaded TPT again and uninstalled the 1st TPT. and...when i opened it an error occured.

    Sounds like you modified TPT, or your computer, via that other program. It's definitely a problem on your end. Redownloading TPT might fix it.

    I'm not sure what you used AccessEnum for, but you should not touch internal Windows files, you can break your system doing that.
