    Moderators can already see comment history. I think it would be a bad idea to allow users to see each other's comment history. It could easily lead to abuse (someone following you around and responding to all your comments). They already do this with saves, and that is more easily contained to just the saves.

    I think the best way to perhaps handle this is some sort of "comment" perma link setup. That way, if you do want to refer back to a comment, it would be possible.

    Hmm, I added direct comment linking for moderators in the past, I could reuse that system to allow linking specific comments for users too.
