Stopping a player from repeated stealing

Sorry I am posting a lot, but there is a player who keeps stealing saves. I gave him constructive critisizim on one save, he then whent to downvote all of mine and laugh at them. He then stole my save. A week ago, he went through the by date page and coppied every save. I reported them all. Idk if he took them down, or they got taken down. Is there a way a player like this can be banned? Im tired of so much stealing and false downvotes in the community.

We got your reports, they were very helpful. Just keep making reports, and moderators will make decisions on whether or not to ban players.
He hasn't stolen any saves recently.
If he was doing more than just stealing saves, and mass downvoting or harassing you, please also mention that in a report, or PM a moderator.
Edit: he hasn't downvoted any of your saves, I just checked. But he has stolen more since then. We will deal with it.
