Not sure but if are asking how to post images and other stuff here then you need to use the <img> tag.

Here is the syntax <img src="url">

Paste the image link in place of url.

If you don't see some editing options when posting on forums, first turn on WYSIWYG option (accessible from profile-> edit), it will make it easy for you to use html tags.

 You can't do anything about it, the score updates every week so just wait and it will automatically change.
