Ideally you should post a save somewhere between 1 to 2 pm UCT -5:30. When most of users are active.Also posting

It on weekends is benefitial.

However you must not follow the time to post a save that strictly.Better improve the save's quality and the content.

Posting at a set time only helps if the save is good from the start. If no one is opening your saves, try to focus on quality and making sure the thumbnail looks interesting.

 There's definitely a time when to post a save especially when it's good, I would say between 3 to 6 pm on the weekdays. Other than that I agree with @cracker1000. On the weekends it varies.
