Reset Password won't work

    Hey so first if there is a certain amount of time that if you don't use your account then it gets deleted then that's probably what that was but if not then I can't reset my password. I click on the reset password because I forgot it duh... but when it says it sent the reset password email I don't get anything. I've tried this at least 4 times and nothing changed so please help. Thanks

     

    P.S. this isn't my main I had to make to it post the thread in case anyone thinks I'm stupid and says

    you're on your account rn" no I'm not.

    This is a known issue, please contact jacob1 for a manual password reset push. Apologies, we are working on trying to fix the issue as soon as we can.
