This is a very common problem which I will look into more tomorrow. It may take up to a day to get a response, I can only send the password reset emails when I am at home. If you join IRC and I'm not there to chat, just ping me (say "jacob1") and make the request. I will see the logs when I get online.
For all requests, include the account name you need the password reset for. No other information is needed.
