Password reset email not sending

    Heyy I forgot my password for the account "sunny17431" but im not receiving the password reset email. Help pls.

    I sent you the password reset email manually for now.


    This is a very common problem which I will look into more tomorrow. For now, if anyone has this problem and wants to receive the password reset email, there are two good ways to contact us:
    Direct Message us on twitter: https://twitter.com/PowderToy
    Join IRC: https://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=#powder

    It may take up to a day to get a response, I can only send the password reset emails when I am at home. If you join IRC and I'm not there to chat, just ping me (say "jacob1") and make the request. I will see the logs when I get online.

    For all requests, include the account name you need the password reset for. No other information is needed.
