Password Reset Email Not Being Received

    I have an old account with the username SDuerr.

    I know which email I used to create it, but I can not remember the password. I tried resetting it, but the email isn't coming through. I created this account to create this thread, and I never got any email for it either.

     

    If a staff member could get in touch with me to assist, that would be much appreciated.

    This is a known issue, which apparently still isn't fixed. I will send an email to the email associated with that account with the password reset information
