Haven't received password reset email

    I had an old account I tried logging into the other day. When I tried logging in, an error message said the password cannot be used and that I had to reset it. I entered the email the account was connected to and I still havent received it. I am using yahoo email if that matters. I really want to be able to get to my old account, I had some cool stuff saved on it.

    Yeah I just checked and didn't get one either. I'll go bug the server admin about this, it might be broken on his side. Let me check some stuff on my side first though, I recently made a change to the password reset page to update (fix) Google Recaptcha

    I emailed the server admin about it, asking him to look into it. My changes didn't break it, it must be a problem with our email configuration.

    What was the account name you tried recovering?

    Account name I tried recovering was Goldenbrick100

    I am not getting a reset code sent to my OFFICE 365 account. and i need help. i am currently using my old account but i want my other account back so i can carry on creating

    So password reset still isn't working? I'll bug the admin again. If he still isn't responding, I may have to do more digging or handle sending emails through my own system or something ...
