Can’t get email to reset old account

When I request and password reset on an old account, no email comes. It is a Gmail account.

Have you checked the spam folder?

I checked the spam folder and I a sure it is that email because when i tried to register with that email, it says it is already used

I'll try to test the password reset system later. It may be bugged. It should definitely be sending out emails.
The username you are trying to reset would be helpful to know. Also make sure no error messages pop up when you submit the form (should show a success message) -
The username of the account I believe is “Megadoom”. The ”d” might be capitalise. When I subit the form, it does say success.
