    I have forgotten how to make signs lead to another save can someone please remind me how

     I have not done such a thing before, but if I were in your shoes, I'd write in the sign the same way I search a save on the game, by writing in id:(save number). Try that.

    For linking to other saves, type {c:(Save ID)|(Display text)}

    Typing save id with ~(tilde) won't work with signs.
