Iam not sure what do you mean by moving but if you are asking for console to move particles then here it is,
If you want grav in a particular direction then use following command in the console which can be opened using the "~" key near tab key.
Paste this command without quotations
"!set y all 100"
Here you can change coordinates like x vx vy y etc to set the velocity of particles.
