Circle with a tick icon in the bottom right corner, then Open Data Folder.

Oh thank you I've found it but when i look at data folder the Powder Toy application is there, a pref file of powder toy and a stamps folder but  theres no powder toy actual folder. I tried reinstalling powder toy but no script or powder toy folder was there and only the powder application was there. So what do i do?

That was the powder toy folder. The powder toy folder (without capilals) is simply where your powder toy application is. The scripts folder doesn't exist because it's only created when you download the script manager, and mods are not something you can add to TPT, they are different versions of TPT and you should have a separate folder for all of them.

I've found it and I renamed it so now If i ever want to download a script I just get the script and then extract it next to the application?

That's how it works. Only one mod is automatically loaded into the game, it has to have the filename "autorun.lua". Note that in Windows file extensions are hidden unless you click a checkbox to show them, which means that after renaming, the filename might accidentally be "autorun.lua.txt".

The best mod to have automatically loaded is the script manager, because it can load all other mods by itself.
