is having multiple accounts allowed?

i was just messing around a bit with registration and noticed you can have multiple accounts with the same email address is this allowed since theres no rule about this from what i found so id like to know because i dont wanna get punished for something that wasnt mention in the rules

You can't have two accounts from the same email
Multiple accounts are allowed, but just make sure you don't break any rules with them. Especially the multi-account voting rule. If you use an alternate account to vote, it could get banned.
If you don't need multiple accounts, you probably shouldn't have one.
