Are you viewing it in a web browser? Or are you getting the error somewhere else?

The site has been unreliable recently, the web server may be down for few minute periods several times a day, due to a bad internet connection. I will move it to a more reliable server eventually, I already have the new server I just don't have the time to actually move it all.
