Every so often, the powder toy icon will turn to a white page (broken icon). When this happens, the toolbar flashes once. After a minute, the icon goes back to normal.
This is on windows 10 latest edition.
Well idk. It seems to do that lately on my surface pro 4 (this computer that i am on right now).
It usually does that when the registry is being changed

It would happen if the graphics device resets or windows feels the need to retry drawing the desktop, like if the current theme changed.
