    You can, but the modded elements wont show up for other people if they arent using the mod.

    And it will very possibly muck up the order of element IDs, so that when they open it, even non-mod elements will be mucked up.

    There is actually code to handle this already. If someone makes a save with JACOB1_PT_RAND, and another person has an element JACOB1_PT_RAND, it will change the element ID to what it should be, based on element identifier

    So yes, you can post saves with mods. But 99% of users will just see empty space
