Help With My Account (Not in FAQ)

    Hello,
    I used to have an account on Powder Toy named "happy123123." I created this account when I was in grade 1, I used to play a lot, then my visits reduced over the years until I only visited annually. Recently I have returned to see that the account does not exist, it is not connected to my email, I can't login to it, none of the projects created on it exist and there's nothing about it on the FAQ. Now I am in grade 8 and I want to know what happened, if you know then please respond!

    You have the username wrong, your real old username is @hello123123

    Hopefully this helps you log in :)

     I am still having a problem, when I try to reset my password for that account, instead it brings me to reset my password for this account!
