Water to Heavy Water?

    Is there any way to convert any form of water (WATR, DSTW, SLTW, WTRV, ICE, SNOW, FOG, or RIME) to heavy water (DEUT)? And what about changing DEUT back to a water form?

    I wish heavy water froze and boiled the same way like regular water does.
