Element Creation With NEUT/PROT/ELEC

What I mean by "element creation" is using a tool/element/wall to combine the three particles to create an atom. This would make a lot of cool saves and more things to do.  Another complement to the feature would be a tool/element/wall that can break down a particle into a group of Neutrons/Protons/Electrons. A later feature could use even smaller component subatomic particles and break them down further (into quarks, hadrons and the such) with another pair of tools/elements/walls.

You mean like mixing protons with electrons to make hydrogen? Or for more elements?

I think he means having an atomic system where you can form elements with the right amount of protons/electrons/neutrons and perhaps forming said protons/electrons/neutrons with the right setup of quarks/hadrons/leptons and whatever else is there.

If you have a look here protons can sort of create elements by smashing into each other (Large Hadron Collider, anyone?). Not quite as in-depth as you suggested, but it might be in a mod someone made already.

Or it maybe proton collision might be planned to create quarks in someone's script but it will never happen lol.

I think proton collisions are the closest you are going to get. We don't really have enough periodic table elements to create this. Unless we attempt to number all the fake elements.
