    How do you compleatly reset the game options and controls??

    You can delete the powder.pref file to reset all the settings back to default, and it will also log you out if you were logged in.

    Also controls (keyboard shortcuts) can't be modified anyway.

    Yeah just delete the powder.pref file and it will reset!
