What do you mean by dragging and picking up stuff?
You can copy a square-shaped area by pressing Ctlr+C and selecting the area (right click to cancel), then you can paste whatever you have copied by pressing Ctrl+V.
You can also use Ctrl+X for cut, it's just like Ctrl+C, except it deletes the area you have selected too.
Alternatively, you can save a stamp by pressing S and selecting an area. The stamps that were saved can be accessed by pressing K, it will show a list of saved stamps that can be managed just like normal saves. You can select a stamp from your stamps list and place it wherever you want or just press L to load the last saved/used stamp.

I mean for example you create a box, how do you click and drag the box? You know algodoo? You can pick up stuff there and throw it around and shit, or isnt that possible here? Then how do you play these levels where you need to press bottuns and so on? There was a level where a person stands there and there were multiple weapons to choose, but i dont know how to click on that stuff.

Or, if you were asking how to click buttons, use the SPRK element from the electronics menu. You can just click with that and it will create electricity and turn things on.

If you are not well aware of how to do that, just copy the ID of the save (click on the ID box, it will turn green and automatically save it to your clipboard) and then in your post, type ~ then paste the ID of that save
so for example:
~123

You can't select weapons with stickmen. Maybe you were supposed to do something different?
Edit: Getting your head in a liquid/gas/powder though would change the projectile the stickmen shoots (hold down to shoot the projectile).
