It's been removed in the Snapshot builds. I know it's a little weird error

Do you have some kind of firewall or other thing that might be blocking it? Have you been able to login and post simulations before? Maybe you could try deleting powder.pref

You could also try the snapshots, I fixed some http error handling stuff in those: http://starcatcher.us/TPT/

I just changed to a new PC but after I swiched a month ago I could No longer Login Or Open a save. I cant open them from the website either. I tried disabling the firewall and the antivirus software but to no avail. I tried an older version from about a year ago and it worked but would not open save! because it said they were from a newer version! Do you know what is the problem? I also deleted the .pref file but it did not work!

Try the newer version that I posted: http://starcatcher.us/TPT/Download/Snapshot.zip . It won't let you publish saves though, but hopefully you can open them.

Hmm, that means the server isn't returning anything at all (you aren't getting any response). I don't know why that would happen, i'm still guessing something is blocking it somewhere. Are you able to search for saves at least? Can you download saves directly without using tpt? (try http://static.powdertoy.co.uk/1.cps)

I was able to open the save that downloaded from the link, but I could not search for saves. Would booting in save mode help?

Safe mode might help if it is your antivirus causing it. Mine always used to block the internet unless you approved each program individually. But probably you can figure it out without safe mode somehow ...
