Game files randomly gets into desktop.

    For a random reason.

    When I updated my anti-virus.

    Game files randomly gets into my desktop when I open the game.

    stderr

    OS : Windows 8.1

    These files are perfectly normal, SDL creates them when the game starts and deletes them when you close it. Are they staying after you close the game?

    Also do you have powder toy on your desktop?

    @jacob1 I moved "The Powder Game" into my desktop.

    And yes. It only deletes 1 of the item for some reason. T-T

    stdout.txt doesn't go away because of some debug prints which were accidentally left in. The next version of TPT fixes that, once TPT updates then it should start going away on close.

    Will it go away even if I write to it with Lua io.write? I like to dump data to there doing that sometimes.

    Yes you can delete it when TPT is closed.

    Yes, it is an entirely unnecessary file. But the next time you open the save browser in TPT it will probably come back.

    Also the update isn't even out yet lol :P

    I just downloaded it because Ive seen youtubers say "This is a very fun game!".

     

    EDIT: It said me to update it to save my things that I created.
