Help! Cannot log into game

You could very well be entering your password incorrectly.

Are you trying to get a save or a stamp? Stamps are local things saved to your computer, which aren't tied to your account and you press 'k' to access them. Saves are the things stored online on the server under your account.
So it crashes when you login? Is it happening right when you click the "Sign In" button? Also are you using the latest version? (90.2). It shouldn't matter what is happening on any other computers, the crash means something else weird is going on and I haven't seen that before. -
That may happen if server does not answer and conection times out. Maybe some kind of firewall...
Can you see saves? If not check if a firewall is blocking something.
You tried re-downloading?
To get stamps files go to TPT folder and then enter Stamps folder and copy it... so if somehing happens during the proccess your stamps are alive.

Ok I do believe that the computer has a firewall that blocks some commands, but I cannot change them as it is not my computer, and the password is correct. My plan was to find the stamp in a file, and copy it onto a flash drive, but I could not find where they were saved. When I ry to log in, the game freezes up, and closes shortly after and I do have the latest version of the game. Where could I find the Stamps folder on a windows computer, if you know, please give me instruction on how to find it. Thanks for replying.

Asuming you use windows:
1. Go to configuration (where you can choose fullscreen) and put open data folder.
2.a. If a command prompt pop ups write the C:/USERNAME/*/*> in a paper/notepad/etc
3.b. Go to explorer and access that place then copy the Stamps direcotry

Do you want to copy stamps, or saves?
If you want to copy stamps:
1)Open Powdertoy
2)Press 'K'. It will now show all your stamps. Remember the name of the stamp you want to copy.
3)Close Powdertoy.
4)In the Powdertoy folder, there should be a folder called 'stamps'. Go to this folder and copy the stamp you wanted to your flash drive.
If you want to copy offline saves:
In the Powdertoy folder, there should be a folder called 'saves'. Go to this folder and copy the save you want to your flash drive.
You don't need to log in to do any of this.
