    Hi,

Today I wanted to go onto the TPT server, but everytime I try to join, it keeps on giving me this:

    timeout

    What gives?

P.S. I have tried on two (2) computers so far.

Yes, the server it runs on (http://starcatcher.us/) is down. No idea why or for how long ... maybe i'll put up an alternate server if people want but it would be pretty empty :P

No idea. For now I guess you can do /connect mniip.com . I put up a temporary server there.

It isn't moderated though :P, since I can't read the chat or anything.

I really hope tptnet doesn't get it's own separate multiplayer, the official one is already small enough :|

I could definitely help him get multiplayer embeded inside the client though.

starcatcher.us being down is really inconvenient because I've been spending a few months on this script I'm making, and when I'm FINALLY DONE, the website ends up temporarily being down... Nice job everyone. You get a cookie starcatcher...

I will be looking into embedding TPTMP into TPTNet's client. The idea will involve a way to directly verify users via an API. I will also try to create some sort of server status page to help notify people of the uptime status.

My my thought is to allow someone to host TPTMP for an evaluation period. Like keep the original one. If it fails the evaluation period I'll consider hosting my own and dedicating a team to it.
