Cannot log in to the program.

I am unable to log in to the program, it says incorrect username or password. I can log into the site just fine; I have double checked capitalization and num-lock; I don't have any tricky characters, and I have been able to log in to the program when I had it on my previous laptop. I have gone so far as to write my user name and password in a text document and copy and paste them into both the site and the program, website worrked, program did not. I have no idea what else to do.

Is it possible something is blocking the game from the internet (antivirus or firewall?). What error does it give you exactly?
It's also possible to take your cookies from the website and copy them into powder.pref ... if you really want. Should look something like this: "User": {"Username": "jacob1", "ID": 38642, "SessionID": "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX", "SessionKey": "XXXXXXXXXX", "Elevation": "User" }, -
The error message is simply "Error: Username or password incorrect." I have double checked nothing is blocking its connection to the internet. I will try copying those cookies over.
