1) don't use correct grammar.
2) don't use proper spelling.
3) don't use punctuation.
Please. You learn this in Year 3.
Use it.

Nice job generalizing an entire group of players which you say as "people that don't have proper english grammar" even though its not our first languages and we come from obviously different parts of the world where english is a secondary language.

Almost all of the regular forum posters use correct grammar so I'd also say you are overreacting ...
A lot of random people that post a few times might not have proper grammar, but if someone was consistently posting with bad grammar / spelling with no excuse they might get banned *looks at @NUCLEAR_FOX *
Anyway, you do have to realize that if someone doesn't make much sense English probably isn't their first language. -

English isn't my first language but I'm still trying to improve it, "3) don't use punctuation." that is NOT so important, you can still understand at least 90% of whatever that user said
