OSX Mavericks: Major Problems

Using TPT in OSX Mavericks (The latest Apple OS), is nearly impossible. I must note that it is not directly a problem with TPT opening, and functioning, but rather creating stamps, saving to the computer, saving presets, and  not having to "Download" each time it opens.

First off, when TPT is downloaded for the first time permissions must be set to allow it to run (I completely understand that- No way around it). The first time it opens, it notices autorun.lua, all of my stamps, all of my saves, and the file that keeps the presets (Window scale, etc).

After the first time however, the problems become apparent.. It begins by ignoring the presets (Window scale is default, etc). After this, all saves and stamps cannot be read (Pressing k is just a black page, or ctrl+open).

At first I thought it was that these files were required in the app support file whatever it was called instead of the TPT directory. After a few tests, I figured out this was not so. While in the simulation, I can save a stamp, but there is no stamp file anywhere on the computer, or in the .exe file from what I can tell. Of course, it must be in the .exe I just cannot detect it.

I need some help with this, it's getting extremely annoying, and I know that most Mac users will be turned away from TPT because of this.

Note: Other versions of OSX (Not Mavericks) run TPT just fine...

First off, how do I fix this right now?

Second, PLEASE fix this is the next version!! I can help with testing if required.

All of these issues were fixed in TPT version 89.2, but after that was released people not on mavericks reported it just crashed instantly. The download link got replaced with 89.0, which is probably what you have now.

You can download the 90.0 beta here: https://powdertoy.co.uk/Download/Build.html?ID=316 . It should have the same fixes that 89.2 had. The beta link on the main page probably links to that too.
