The owner of TPT @Simon isn't around as much anymore.
And the devs do the programming on their spare time as they aren't paid. They volunteer their time & service to the tpt comunity

Oh it's updated alright. However, nobody's pushed out a new version in a while. With @Ximon gone and the game being mostly feature-complete as in no new elements are currently planned (well, they never are, VIBR was written overnight by @Fast-Driver while discussing it in #powder), development has slowed to a crawl and mostly limited to bug fixes or little touches.

actually the next version has two new elements (GRVT and DRAY), it's just that @Simon is gone. I haven't worked on TPT in over 2 weeks though because there is nothing to do and not very fun to work on a game you can't release updates for :| -

Last 'big' update was, what? Virs? I don't really remember how long ago that was (not too long), but it has been the largest commit since I've been here, I think. (Oct 5 was around when I joined, so...)
