How to keep a permanent temperature?

Is there any way to have a solid have a constant temperature and not change if other elements are near it? I know the insulator can but I also need it to to transfer the heat to let say water.

I don't know if there is one.
It could be cool if the ctype of Heat swich can be used to transfer the heat to only that element. for example Heat swich with a ctype of water will only transfer heat to water but I don't know if that's useless or not.

You could use constantly turned on ARAY. You can set the ARAY's temp to whatever you want using the PROP tool then use doperfect's const to cause it to make a permanent solid beam of BRAY with the temperature you set:
