    Could you open TPT and then press CTRL + I and try to install TPT again.

    I've never used TPT on a 32 bit windows, but I would assume it still works. Are there any spaces in the path to TPT? I can't think of much else ...

    On mac, installation isn't supported at all. I think it has something in the app file to make .cps and .pts files open though. Not sure about whether ptsave from the browser works.

    On Linux, it doesn't work at all if you have a strange path like one containing spaces.
