I think "_" is a valid character in usernames / passwords, but you could try replacing it with a "-" instead. Do that for any non alphanumeric characters in your password too. Also it is case sensitive as Protcom saidEdited 2 times by jacob1. Last: 18th May 2014

Are you sure you're using the right password? Passwords are case sensitive. Underscores should not affect the system.

Well, well. That's the second time a user is reporting the same problem. Could this this something serious? -
one way to make sure that it is a serios problem is write the password in a text document then copy then past it first in the website then in the game
