Important TPT Suggestion

Yes, I know that I have been a member of TPT for months now and I haven't made a single forum post... -_-

Anyway, I have a simple yet important suggestion for TPT. The suggestion is that the Save to Server button should be moved away from the Reload button. The reason is that several times, I have done armour tests, etc. on my stuff then go to press reload, and instead I accidentally save it, therefore the stuff is ruined. If you do this, I think it will save a lot of saves.

The only problem is that we really don't have enough space ... The same thing happens with up and downvotes too. Even if we do reorganize them people will still accidentally click the wrong one.

Just revert to the last saved version by typing history:[id of save] in the search bar, opening the first there and then republishing it.

Also, it's good practice to keep saving local stamps to replace ruined ones. This not only applies to TPT, but irl too - e.g., people regaularly backup files so that they have old copies even if the new ones get corrupted. Remember: it is easier to make a few changes on old files than have to start over from scratch.

Previous versions of saves are saved online.
in the search bar, type in "history:xxxxx"
Replace xxxxx with your save ID. It will show all previously saved versions of the save.

I am quite confused with your "Accidental Save" point...

As usually a window will pop up asking for a description, pause/publish, etc.

As Jacob1 said, there isnt enough room and moving it is just useless!

Besides, the "Save" button is huge already...

@jacob1 you can just swap the upvote (not downvote too) with the saves. or, swap the instant save to the right, so it will pop up a "Title, Description" window so the others when accidentally clicked save button it will not instantly save.

I think this would be a great idea for someone to create an "Auto-Save" feature. Saves a local stamp every so often.

It's in the Favorites->MORE menusection under a button called "AUTO" :)

The leftmost part of the save button is instant save, it will instantly save a simulation if it has been saved online/locally before.

I agree with h4zardz1, the instant save will be better off on the right end of the save button.
