I really can't log in!

    I want to log in, but I can not! I looked through a bunch of posts like this, but what I found there, did not help! When I enter the username and password correctly, there is one word that says "Error:". I do not know what to do! Please help! And if you know how to write in Russian, then please write to the Russian. Even through the Google translator. Thanks in advance!

    make sure you capitalize everything right. Type "FenX2012" for the username and not "fenx2012". Do the same in the password. Also I'm not sure if your password has any non-alphanumeric numbers, but try replacing any of those with a dash -

    The forums don't support Russian unless you escape them (You could maybe use this). But make sure to also always write in English so people can understand you :P

    One question I have is this: Is the account you are currently using an alt? Or are you not able to log onto TPT?

    My nickname and password contains only letters and numbers. Besides, I'm writing it right. That is, all capital letters I write in uppercase, all non-capital is not capitalized.
