Property Editor Bug?

When I select the property editor in the tools menu, a box immediately pops up as if I had clicked an element. If I click enter, then it applies those properties to whatever I draw over. Usually it waits until I click an element to bring up the properties dialog. Am I doing something wrong? Is anybody else having this problem? This is the save id it is happening on: 1491286.

this is a new feature, PROP was changed. With the new way, you don't have to keep retyping in properties if you want to type the same thing, and also you can set the property of a specific element instead of always flood filling.
You can also do box drawing, shift drawing, and any other type of drawing like a normal brush. Ctrl+shift will do floodfill how it used to work.
