You could try sending a conversation to @Simon, maybe he could manually send a password reset email himself or something. Microsoft seems to block any emails from tpt, nobody is sure why (and probably only he could fix it).

Although honestly the chances of this being resolved are very very low (based on previous times this has happened). Maybe you should just expect to have to use the new account or something ... I can give you the id of your only "city 2" save if you need it, anything else like what you have favorited I can't see though.
