I can't log in

    I open the Powder.exe then i try to sign in with this name and password,then it says that Error:Username or password incorrect.

     

    Please help me,i want to save my creations,and to have an account,wtf?

    Did you capitalize the first "Z" in your name? both usernames and passwords are case sensitive

    Also if that's not it, some odd characters (like symbols) are replaced with a dash '-' in your username. But this doesn't happen often.
