Replace mode and Specific Delete is not available, but mighty @jacob1 has began development on it.

press the delete key, right next to the insert key. I'm not sure if all computers have it, but probably most do (?)

Sorry I should explain more specifically. I know how to enable it, but it seems not working like what I expected..

Specific delete mode just delete everything no matter what I currently chosen, the old caps-lock trick not working too

I suppose it will only delete what I left-choose

For the second question, is specific replace mode available? Such as, replace only WOOD to SAND, maybe replace only left-choose to right-choose?

use ctrl+alt+click, like it used to be. I didn't do middle click since not everyone (I) has that. Also I think replace mode is for replacing things like WOOD to SAND. left select wood and ctrlalt select SAND (I think)
