    well now I can finally understand the comments on this save:

    the answer is no. Looking at his comment history he definetely does not deserve to be unbanned. He was banned within just 2 bans, which only happens in severe cases. I also see he "asked to be banned" on that save there (comment was deleted though)

    I could go on and post some of this comments ... but I don't really want to repeat some.

    He could also just make a new account do to the things people typically do, like browsing/saving and all. We only really frown on that when they go right back to the thread explaining a ban and go "Hi all, I was just banned, and then came back."

    maybe for some types of bans that's true ... where we don't care much if they make a new account. Not sure about this one. Saying that he just make a new account and continue isn't really what I would suggest. Although as long as he doesn't make similar comments again I guess it really doesn't matter.

    If he posted abusive comments and got banned then he deserves to stay banned unless the mods unban him or if he makes a new account and does not repeat his actions.

    Do you even realize this is ban evading? Which is also against the rules. Even if he doesn't repeat them, it's still ban evading.

If you don't know why they've done something, ask a mod yourself using the Conversation feature.
