    1) Do you have prior experience with C, or even a programming language of any sort?
    If not you may not be able to program it.
    2) Have you looked at the wiki?
    It might be able to explain, there is a detailed tutorial.
    3) If you have any trouble try the IRC Channel
    It's #powder on irc.freenode.net, just go to webchat.freenode.net if you don't have an IRC Client.
