Dan-ball has moving solids

    Could someone explain to me why Dan-ball's powder game has moving solids, while the mighty powder toy does not?

    In C++ it is hard to make moving solids work and code. Powder Game uses Java.

    it has nothing to do with c++ / java, and all to do with how the games were designed from the start. It just wouldn't work with all the complicated things tpt has, it would only have worked better designed from the start.

    it's not a lag problem, the moving solids in my mod don't really lag much more than some other elements. It's just that tpt wasn't designed for them.

    If tpt wasn't designed for this, then what about soap bubbles? Nobody thought about how bubbles could be improved during the soap-worm craze?

    I haven't ever looked at bubbles, but they do not keep their shapes, and I don't think would be possible to turn into moving solids at all. They are complicated and glitchy already.
    Also I discovered one day, there aren't even lines between them, most of SOAP is just a graphical effect. Just create a bubble and look at it closely in the HUD, there are a few dots of SOAP, and the rest is NONE, just a line drawn between them. So they aren't solid and a complete circle like they look.

    Also see my mod: http://tpt.io/:11117 for an element called BALL which is sort of a real moving solid. Probably the most real ever made so far.
