there is no way to have accounts removed, we don't really do that. The only possible thing we can do is ban it permanently, I don't know if that's what you want though.

But, maybe there's something else we can do? Like change the email on it, or maybe even change the name? (but that hasn't been done in a while, although it is possible)

there are other reasons, that's why I asked. Maybe he didn't like the name, and then tried re-registering but found out you can only use an email once. Just because it has nothing doesn't mean it doesn't need to be removed.

there isn't a normal reason to leave accounts ... it rarely happens. Also I wonder if there will ever be a reply ...
