    You don't install mods... you just run them....

    Just download the .Exe

    No source required, unless you wanted to compile.

    I did run it but all that happens is it just creates two text files one called stderr and the other stdout. Thats all that happens the powder toy doesnt even pop up. I dont know what to do it just wont work. Yes and i know that most mods have .exe files and stuff so does this one but its not working. So running them doesnt help much.

    And does it mean much if the folder i download was called "Release" Cause i dont know if that is a problem or not.

    Here is the mod i am trying to download it has URSM and RSM in it this might help solve the problem

    URSM = Unrealistic Science Mod

    RSM = Realistic Science Mod

    We know the thread, and the abbreviations.
    You don't n eed to place the exe in the
    Once you have downloaded it, open the file and double click anything, a popup will ask you to extract and a couple of other things. Can't remember others haven't done it for a while. Extract it, and double click on the mod, it should have a powder toy lolo. by it.

    that mod doesn't work... I edited the first post to also point to the version I compiled myself. It should work then. I don't know what's wrong with his version, I also ran it and it did nothing.

    Edit: I uploaded the wrong version of the mod... that wasn't fixed ... and no one told me. I gave a new link now.

     Now you notice...

    That would've been helpful in my thread about the same mod not working.

    Here the problem was clearly defined and the OP told us what he did to, per say, install it and it had a common fix..Hence it was fixed fairly quickly.However,when you were doing the thread,no one knew what was wrong, and the most common fixes didn't seem to work, so no one really knew what to do.
