A group i made with lorddeath yesterday and i was naming groups to him and i was on skype that's how got to know lorddeath and we picked a group name The Powder Bros! Free to join lorddeath will give me some idea's for the registrastion forum!.

This is a group though: link. So, I don't know how that would be against the rules. There are no posts or anything in it yet.

I think you are allowed to advertise groups on the forums, as long as it's an actual group. There really isn't many other ways to get people to know about it, ever since the groups section.

The reason it was originally against the rules was, it tends to fill up the area with advertising and the fact we had a groups topic area, and that ended up turning into the groups area. The advertising also turns into some chat area, which is not needed.

However, feel free to advertise it on your saves.
