Fullscreen Bug

    Hello,

I am hatter, a long time user of TPT and I have a bug to report. I couldn't find your "Suggestions Forum" as stated in your FAQ so I will post it here.

Every time I use my version 84.1 TPT on my Mac OS X v10.8.2 Mac Pro computer with over 300 GBs of unused memory, and I "checkmark" the "full screen button", the entire TPT window dissapears. I look at my dock and it says that the TPT application is still activated but the window is no where to be seen. I really want to play it in fullscreen. So any solutions? More info?

The SDL needs to be updated. SDL has a bug that breaks this. I think a newer version of SDL is already available, but the main developer (@Simon) isn't here very often to do tpt++ coding anymore, so I don't know when that will happen.

What is a 'SDL?' What do you mean "it has a bug that can break this?"

Just to let you know, I have no knowledge on internet and computer sciences.

oh... SDL is basically just what tpt uses to draw to the screen. It controls things like that and also sets the screen size / controls tpt's fullscreen. (OpenGL is another thing commonly used to do things like this, minecraft uses OpenGL)

So yes, SDL has a bug that breaks it, and I don't know when it will be able to be fixed. I'll put it on the bug list and maybe when Simon continues doing more with tpt again, he will see it. (he's the main developer that does the website and stuff, but is too busy with real life school / work / halo4? right now)
